How we work

Six weeks, one team, no handoff

Strategy, design and build in the same room. Nothing gets thrown over a wall, so nothing arrives diluted. You talk to the people making it, every week, until it ships.

What you get

A running thing, not a deck

We do not sell you a strategy document to implement later. Week six ends with something on a real domain that real people can use, and the reasoning written down beside it.

If the homepage is trying to say five things we will tell you which four to cut. That conversation is the work, and it is easier in week one than in week five.
