Why it matters

You cannot argue with a bill you cannot read

Without a meter a household pays an estimate, and the estimate is almost always high. Nobody in that house can prove otherwise, which is the whole problem in one sentence.

What we do

We install, then we leave

No ongoing fee, no data harvesting, no branding on the box. The household owns the meter from the day it goes in, and nothing about it reports back to us.

How it works

Local fitters, trained and paid properly

We do not fly people in. Fitters are hired from the districts they work in, certified at our cost, and keep the qualification whether they stay with us or not.

Where it goes

Ninety-one pence in the pound

Published quarterly, audited annually, and broken down per district so you can see the one nearest you. The other nine pence is fitters' training and the van.

What we will not do

No photographs of anyone's kitchen

We do not use images of the households we work with to raise money. If a story is told here, it is because the person telling it asked to, in their own words.

Fund a meter

Forty pounds covers one installation, including the fitter's time and the certificate the household keeps. You can give once; there is no subscription to cancel later.
